Metal injection molding consists of traditional powder metallurgy and plastic injection molding,in its process,to mix metal powder and binder firstly,then heat and make them fluid,after that inject them into die cavity to form green part,after debinding and sintering,there comes finished part,sometimes we need surface treatment.
