The PIM industrial development

The PIM industry can be divided into three parts:

1.The feed production (powder suppliers, feed suppliers, mixing equipment manufacturer).

2.Injection (equipment, mold, custom injection production, affiliated injection production).
3.Hot working (sintering furnace, equipment of degreasing, sintering facilities).
Injection is the biggest part of it.

Throughout the industrial production of raw material (feeding and powder) in an average of 15% of the cost of production. In many cases, the feeding is the enterprise internal preparation,When the feed is in preparation of enterprise internal, still need to buy powder, polymer materials and mixing device.

Today the PIM parts of the world’s sales amount more than $1 billion. Given the current product production cycle, the emergence of new applications and new product project, the entire sales continue to grow are obvious, but the growth rate falling back.
